CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (ART. 13 G.D.P.R.)

2. METHODS, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESS/CONTROLL

The recipients of the data will be appointed by Ced Digital External Data Processors, pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, and will therefore be obliged to respect the confidentiality and protection of your data, pursuant to the reference legislation.

The personal contact data relating to subjects who purchase tourism products or services provided by third party organizers (such as Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi cards and tickets) are communicated to the same organizers, who act as independent data controllers. This communication is necessary in order to allow the organizer to provide the purchased service.

We invite you to refer to the information on data processing published by each organizer.

6. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

User registration data will be stored for a maximum period of thirty months from the last access as a registered user.
The navigation data and the first part profiling data will be kept for a maximum period of one year from their acquisition.
For data collected by third-party cookies, please take into account the information provided by the suppliers of the respective services.
7. YOUR RIGHTS ON PERSONAL DATA

With regard to personal data, you have the rights referred to in Articles 13 and following of the European Regulation n. 679/2016, known as G.D.P.R.
