CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (ART. 13 G.D.P.R.)
 

1. DATA CONTROLLER
Ced Digital & Servizi S.r.l., based in Rome, on Via Barberini 28, tel. 06/622 89 716, Email privacy@cedsdigital.it (hereinafter “Ced Digital”) company of Caltagirone Editore (hereinafter “Caltagirone Editore”) which manages the romevaticancard.com website (hereinafter “the Website”) and the corresponding application for mobile devices (“App”), will be the Data Controller of the personal data you have provided, which will be in the terms and with the methods specified below.
 

2. METHODS, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESS/CONTROLL
The purchase of products and services sold through the Website that requires the registration, and therefore the transmission of your personal data (name, fiscal code, email address, physical address, other personal and non-personal data). The recipients of the data will be appointed by Ced Digital as External Data Processors, pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, and will therefore be obliged to respect the confidentiality and protection of your data, in compliance with the relevant legislation.
 

6. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
User registration data will be stored for a maximum period of thirty months from the last access as a registered user.
The navigation data and the first part profiling data will be kept for a maximum period of one year from their acquisition.
For data collected by third-party cookies, please take into account the information provided by the suppliers of the respective services.
 

7. YOUR RIGHTS ON PERSONAL DATA
With regard to personal data, you have the rights referred to in Articles 13 and following of the European Regulation n. 679/2016, known as G.D.P.R. More specifically, you have the right of access, rectification / integration, cancellation, limitation, opposition, portability of your data. You also have the right to obtain information on the duration of your data storage. Finally, you can revoke or modify the given consent.
Moreover, you have the right to exercise all the rights provided by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, where applicable.

If you believe your rights are violated, you can file a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
If you request us to cease all processing of your personal data, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the products or services you requested.
