What happens if I change the date of my trip to Rome?

You can cancel your booking, and you can book again immediately after receiving the confirmation email of the cancellation. If you have not yet confirmed the trip and program changes, the Card is still valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Contact customer service to rebook your entries.
